Shipping

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped out. For items made to order (like custom sizes), allow 2 weeks for production time. If you need an item within a specific time frame, send me a message, and I will do my best. Most small orders will ship via USPS. International orders will ship via USPS First Class International or USPS First Class Priority. Larger work may be shipped via UPS or Fedex with insurance. 


Refunds & Returns

Sorry I do not give refunds or accept exchanges. If your item was damaged on arrival, please send a photo as soon as possible to jessicayttsai@gmail.com. I will either request a return for repair or make a replacement. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Resizing & Repairs

Repairs and ring resizing can be done based on evaluation and for a fee. 

Commissions

Message me in the contact page if you are interested in a commission. Most commissions will start at $200. All commissions require a nonrefundable 50% deposit. The final 50% must be received before delivery.
